The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has made sweeping regulations that have far reaching implications to the real estate, lending and title industries and will change how we all conduct business. The Truth in Lending and HUD-1 forms have been replaced and disclosure timelines have been put in place that will impact our closings. This class will review the history, the two new disclosures and the effect this will have on the lending and title industries. Students will have a strong foundation to understand the upcoming changes and incorporate them into their businesses for a successful 2015!!
