Help support those who benefit most from the services the non-profit industry provides. Please help build a pyramid of canned goods for Martha's Table by bringing non-perishable canned-food items to the Non-Profit Forum on November 6.
Items most needed include:- Canned beans - black beans, baked beans, red beans.
- Low-sodium canned vegetables - carrots, peas, tomatoes, potatoes.
- Canned fruit (packed in water or lite syrup) - peaches, apple sauce, pineapple, orange segments, fruit salad.
- Canned Proteins ? tuna, chicken, salmon, chili, beef stew.
- Canned pasta, pasta sauce, tomato sauce.
Please avoid glass containers. Please do NOT donate peanut butter, soft drinks, candy, or snacks.
