Mr. Crossland will discuss the ever-evolving nature of health insurance and the Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare") in America today, and how this affects your business and your family. Ms. Scholz will address whether your insurance company would be prepared to respond to a disaster. She will also explain what to do after the claim hits. 

About Bob Crossland

Bob Crossland has been an insurance agent in Northern Virginia for more than 25 years, specializing in providing health insurance and other benefits to companies, families, and individuals. About Maureen P. Scholz
Maureen P Scholz ACSR CIC CPIW DAE is currently the Commercial lines Manager   at the McLean Insurance Agency, Inc.  She has been working for the agency since 1989 and started out as the personal lines CSR.  She began her insurance career in Culpeper, VA while working for her father, Dan Peacock at the General Insurance Agency of Culpeper, Inc. The Independent Insurance Agents of America voted her the ACSR of the year in 1995. She was given the Jeanne Baridon Award by the Insurance Women of Northern Virginia in 1995.  She was named the 1998 Professional Insurance Agents of VA DC Customer Service Representative of the year as well as the Professional Insurance Leader of Tomorrow award from the Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia.  In 1999 and 2004, she was named Insurance Women of the Year by the Insurance Women of Northern VA.
