    Event Description:
    As pandemic conditions improve, many employers are contemplating returning to the office. The Chamber has put together an interdisciplinary panel of speakers to discuss what organizational leaders need to know and consider.  

     

    What trends in office design should be considered to safeguard health and productivity? What are employers’ legal responsibilities and risks? What should employers know as they consider renewing leases and addressing office space needs? How should work be structured, and to what extent should employees have input? Can employers require employees to get vaccinated?

    These, and many more, will be addressed by a series of short presentations, followed by panel discussion and Q&A.
