    Please join us each month on the 4th Thursday for the Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce Small Business Education Series, co-sponsored* by the SBA and Lafayette Federal Credit Union with a continental breakfast. 

    Title: Engage Your Customers with Social Media

    This social media seminar will give you a closer look at the popular social media networks and the benefits of using each.

    We’ll also look at how other local organizations are marketing with them and some dos and don’ts of each channel. You’ll also get tips on how to tell if your social media activity is working and how to turn the exposure and engagement into business.
    You’ve thought about what social networks to use for your organization, and you are ready to take the next step. Where do you go from here?

    • How to tell if a platform is right for your business
    • What kind of content to create and post
    • Social media marketing etiquette
    • How to tell if your content is working
    • Tips on managing your time
    • Why social media & email marketing must be used together and how they fit into your overall marketing plan
    Intended Audience: The social media seminar is for the beginner to comfortable small-business marketer who is looking to build their marketing knowledge, or to reinforce what they already know.
