Vendor Table Information
Cost: Member $100

Vendor Registration and Set-Up:
- 2:30 – 4:00 pm
- All vendor tables set and ready for guests by 4:00 pm not exceptions!
- Vendors are free to decorate their tables as they wish.
Tear Down: All exhibits and materials need to be removed from the Pavilions at the conclusion of the event. All trash should be placed in appropriate trash receptacles.
Your Registration Fee Includes:
- ONE (1) 6’ x 30” table with 2 chairs per purchased space
- Linen and plastic plates
- Table tent card on your exhibit table
- Admission for two staffers
