Using decades of observation as a business executive, consultant and executive coach along with contemporary research, Leigh explores with us four factors he finds to differentiate those people who lead most effectively through evolving challenges.  Join us to ‘try on’ the four ‘meta-capabilities’ leaders in any walk of life develop to stay on top of their game.  You will be able to apply insights right away to be your best in the multiple leadership roles in your life.
