Join McLean Project for the Arts at the Dogfish Head Alehouse in Falls Church, VA for a dynamic printmaking workshop led by artist Jennifer Lillis. Dive into printmaking through a collective process using recycled linocut relief stamps; you’ll learn about registration, ghost prints, color and design principles, and forming unique compositions with other artists and by yourself. Together we will create a collaborative montage project for the brewery, while making our own art postcards to take home. Dogfish Head is a brewery based out of Delaware, with a penchant for off-centered flavors and unique ways of crafting beer. We are excited to host Art + Crafts | June at their Alehouse in Falls Church, VA, with a wide selection of year-round and seasonal brews to choose from to accompany the art making! A special happy hour menu and beer selection will be available to crafters at the Alehouse; all beer and food sales are not included in the ticket price.
